Hesap ve veri silme

Uygulamadan (önerilen)

1. Vaka Defteri’nde sağ üstteki dişli simgesine dokunarak Ayarlar’ı aç.
2. En alta kaydır ve “Verilerimi sil”e dokun.
3. “Sil” ile onayla. İnternet bağlantısı gerekir.

Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve şunları siler:

• hesabın (anonim ya da Apple veya e-posta ile bağlı),
• buluttaki profilin (seviye, 13 yaş cevabı, yapay zekâ modu) ve vaka ilerlemen,
• telefondaki tüm Dedekto verileri: ayarlar, ilerleme, soru kayıtları ve henüz gönderilmemiş şikâyetler.

Daha önce gönderdiğin şikâyetler (şikâyet ettiğin soru ve cevap) güvenlik incelemesi için saklanır, ancak hesabınla bağlantıları kaldırılır. Hesabı silmek Sezon 1 satın alımını iade etmez; satın alım Apple Kimliğine bağlı kalır ve yeni hesapta “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile yeniden açılabilir.

Uygulama olmadan

Hesabını Apple veya e-posta ile bağladıysan ve uygulamaya artık erişemiyorsan, o hesabın e-posta adresinden dedekto.app@gmail.com adresine “Hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabını ve verilerini 30 gün içinde siler, sana haber veririz.

Hiç bağlamadığın anonim bir hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulayamadığımız için onu uygulama dışından silemeyiz. Bu durumda uygulamayı açıp “Verilerimi sil”i kullan; uygulamayı silmek de telefondaki verileri kaldırır.

Account and data deletion

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Settings with the gear button at the top right of the casebook.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Verilerimi sil” (Delete my data).
3. Confirm with “Sil” (Delete). An internet connection is needed.

This cannot be undone and deletes:

• your account (anonymous, or linked to Apple or an email),
• your cloud profile (level, over-13 answer, AI mode) and case progress,
• all Dedekto data on the phone: settings, progress, question transcripts and unsent reports.

Reports you already sent (the reported question and reply) are kept for safety review with the link to your account removed. Deleting the account does not refund the Season 1 purchase; it stays with your Apple ID and can be unlocked again on a new account with “Restore purchases”.

Without the app

If you linked Apple or an email and can no longer use the app, email dedekto.app@gmail.com from that account’s email address with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know.

An anonymous account that was never linked can’t be verified as yours, so we can’t delete it from outside the app. Open the app and use “Verilerimi sil”; deleting the app also removes the data on the phone.
