Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca

  • Oynamak için hesap açman gerekmez. Uygulama arka planda anonim bir hesap kimliği oluşturur.
  • Karakterlere yazdığın sorular ve aldığın cevaplar yalnızca telefonunda kalır. Yalnızca bir cevabı şikâyet edersen o soru ve cevap bize gönderilir.
  • Karakter cevaplarını önceden biz yazdık; sorularını hiçbir yapay zekâ hizmetine göndermiyoruz.
  • Reklam, reklam takibi ya da üçüncü taraf analiz aracı yok. Verilerini satmayız.
  • Verilerini uygulamada Ayarlar → “Verilerimi sil” ile istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Topladığımız veriler

  • Hesap kimliği: anonim bir Firebase kullanıcı kimliği (uid). İstersen hesabını Apple ile giriş veya e-posta ve şifre ile bağlayabilirsin; o zaman e-posta adresin (Apple’ın gizli yönlendirme adresi olabilir) saklanır. Şifreni biz göremeyiz.
  • Profil: seçtiğin İngilizce seviyesi, “13 yaşından büyük müsün?” sorusuna verdiğin evet/hayır cevabı (doğum tarihi sorulmaz, kimlik istenmez) ve yapay zekâ modu tercihin.
  • Vaka ilerlemesi: vaka başına açılan ipuçları, soru sayısı, düzeltilen soru ve hata türü sayıları, tahmin sayısı, çözülme durumu ve zamanı. Soruların metni gönderilmez.
  • Şikâyetler (yalnızca şikâyet edersen): şikâyet ettiğin soru ve cevap, seçtiğin neden, vaka ve karakter, cevabı üreten mod (hazır senaryo veya cihaz içi yapay zekâ ve işletim sistemi sürümü) ve uygulama sürümü.
  • Satın alımlar: Sezon 1 paketini alırsan ödemeyi Apple (App Store) alır; kart bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Satın alımı doğrulamak için RevenueCat hizmeti, anonim hesap kimliğinle birlikte satın alma kaydını (ürün, işlem ve tarih) işler. Sunucumuz yalnızca paketin sende olup olmadığını saklar.
  • Teknik kayıtlar: Firebase ve RevenueCat, hizmeti çalıştırmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresi gibi standart bağlantı bilgilerini işleyebilir.

Bu veriler Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions) üzerinde, aktarım sırasında şifrelenerek saklanır ve yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için kullanılır. Reklam veya takip için kullanılmaz, satılmaz, başka amaçla paylaşılmaz.

Telefonunda kalanlar

Soru ve cevap kayıtları, ayarlar, ses tercihleri ve gönderilmemiş şikâyetler yalnızca telefonunda saklanır. Karakter sesleri telefonun kendi konuşma motoruyla çalınır. Uygulama mikrofonu kullanmaz, ses kaydetmez; kamera, fotoğraf, konum ya da kişilerine erişmez.

Karakter cevapları

Vakanın gerçeklerini (kim nerede, ne gördü, kim yaptı) ve karakterlerin bütün cevaplarını önceden biz yazarız; cevapları yapay zekâ yazmaz. Sorunu uygulama telefonunda anlar, hazır cevaplardan uygun olanı seçer; sorular hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Her cevabın altındaki “Şikâyet et” ile uygunsuz bir cevabı bize bildirebilirsin.

Çocuklar

Dedekto aile dostu bir oyundur. İlk açılışta 13 yaşından büyük olup olmadığını sorarız. 13 yaş altı cevabında hesabı e-posta veya Apple kimliğine bağlama seçenekleri gösterilmez; oyun misafir olarak oynanır. Bu durumda yalnızca anonim kimlik, profil ve ilerleme özetleri saklanır. Ebeveynler bu verileri uygulamadaki “Verilerimi sil” ile silebilir veya bize yazabilir.

Saklama süresi ve silme

Hesap verileri, hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır. Ayarlar → “Verilerimi sil” hesabını, buluttaki profilini ve ilerlemeni hemen, telefondaki tüm Dedekto verilerini de o anda siler. Daha önce gönderdiğin şikâyetler güvenlik incelemesi için saklanır, ancak hesabınla bağlantıları kaldırılır. Satın alma kayıtları Apple ve RevenueCat tarafında yasal ve muhasebe gereği saklanabilir. In short

  • No sign-up is needed. The app creates an anonymous account ID in the background.
  • The questions you type and the replies you get stay on your phone. Only a reply you report is sent to us, with its question.
  • We wrote the character replies in advance; we never send your questions to any AI service.
  • No ads, no ad tracking, no third-party analytics. We don’t sell your data.
  • You can delete your data at any time in the app: Settings → “Verilerimi sil”.

Data we collect

  • Account ID: an anonymous Firebase user ID (uid). If you choose to link Sign in with Apple or an email and password, your email address is stored (it may be Apple’s private relay address). We never see your password.
  • Profile: your English level, your yes/no answer to “Are you over 13?” (no birth date, no ID) and your AI mode setting.
  • Case progress: per case: clues found, number of questions, number of corrected questions and error types, number of guesses, solved status and time. The text of your questions is not sent.
  • Reports (only if you report a reply): the reported question and reply, the reason you picked, the case and character, the reply mode (script or on-device AI, with the OS version) and the app version.
  • Purchases: if you buy the Season 1 pack, Apple (App Store) takes the payment; we never see your card. To verify the purchase, RevenueCat processes the purchase record (product, transaction, date) together with your anonymous account ID. Our server only stores whether you own the pack.
  • Technical logs: Firebase and RevenueCat may process standard connection data such as IP addresses to run the service and prevent abuse.

This data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions), encrypted in transit, and used only to make the app work. It is never used for advertising or tracking, never sold and never shared for other purposes.

What stays on your phone

Question and reply transcripts, settings, sound preferences and unsent reports are stored only on your phone. Character voices use your phone’s built-in speech engine. The app does not use the microphone or record audio, and does not access your camera, photos, location or contacts.

Character replies

We write each case’s facts (who was where, who saw what, who did it) and every character reply in advance; no AI writes the replies. The app understands your question on the phone and picks a fitting written reply; questions are not sent to any server. Use “Şikâyet et” (Report) under any reply to tell us about an inappropriate reply.

Children

Dedekto is a family-friendly game. On first launch we ask whether you are over 13. If the answer is no, the options to link an email or Apple ID are not shown and the game is played as a guest; only the anonymous ID, profile and progress counts are stored. Parents can delete this data with “Verilerimi sil” in the app or by emailing us.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept as long as the account exists. Settings → “Verilerimi sil” deletes your account, cloud profile and progress immediately, and all Dedekto data on the phone at the same time. Reports you already sent are kept for safety review with the link to your account removed. Purchase records may be kept by Apple and RevenueCat for legal and accounting reasons.
